I ordered a gold ladies chain on November 24, 2024 as a gift. They sent the wrong item. I received a men's black+ sliver bracelet. I reached out to customer service. They sent me a return slip. I DID JUST THAT RETURNED THE ITEM. December 4 I received an email from the company saying they received my return and a refund would be issued. I would give no stars if i could. was lied to by sales rep in order to buy a garment. within 2 days i wanted to return it upon discovering the information provided was false. boutiques only offer exchange or store credit - why would i do business at a store that lied to me. stuck with a shit garment and out hundreds.
