Honestly, I’m very disappointed. I placed an order with Versace yesterday at 2:15 PM, specifically paying extra for UPS Next Day delivery, expecting it to arrive today. Instead, I got a notification that my order is set to arrive on Monday, not Friday, as promised. When I called customer service and spoke with both a representative and a supervisor, they offered no assistance—no refund for the delivery fee, no resolution, nothing.
