The staff is confusing with the pricing and lost themselves a purchase because of the inflexibility from the assistant manager who worked on May 9th 2026. We purchased a bag and 30 minutes later we decided to comeback to buy loafers. They wouldn’t combine our order from before so we could hit a discount threshold, despite it being the same day. We walked away due to the inability to accommodate from the assistant manager.

Everyone in the store was pleasant but ZACK is an awesome salesperson and person in general. He was very patient with me and didn’t seem anything but helpful even though I was in the store shopping for hours and even had an issue with my debit card so it took even longer.
