The reviews are a true reflection of the customer experience at this location. I was excited to find a wallet for myself to celebrate a recent promotion, but as soon as I walked in, I was ignored by the staff. Employees looked me up and down, making me feel judged rather than welcomed. I ended up leaving fairly quickly because the experience made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. It’s disappointing when what should have been an exciting purchase turns into such an unpleasant experience.
I’m thoroughly impressed with Christina Gates’ exceptional customer service skills. She demonstrated a wealth of knowledge about the product and thoughtfully presented several options to me. Very disappointing experience at the Versace Orlando Outlet. We purchased a Versace bag from the Versace outlet in Miami. After only about six months, we finally used the bag during our vacation, and unfortunately the stitching started coming apart and the leather became scratched/damaged.
