Me, my fiancé and son came to this store and were immediately welcomed! Customer service was fantastic! Alexandra was extremely helpful, polite and amazing! I love shopping at this specific store.
I visited Versace, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged my husband or me. Rather than spending my money where I felt unwelcome, I chose to shop with a competitor across the way instead. Unfortunately, this experience ensured I won’t be returning. I prefer to spend my money where customers are welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the store’s return policy. The purse I purchased arrived to the store in unacceptable condition—it was dirty and appeared to have been previously used and returned. We brought it back for an exchange, expecting a proper replacement, but the second purse was no better. I bought a Versace belt from this store in the Houston galleria and I paid $565 for it.. and 2yrs later I was taking it off and the leather came off around the belt hole and I saw the leather in the middle is like shredded leather.. it is cheaply made and not a solid piece of leather.. their belts are poor quality for the price. I have a Versace couch and other products that I have never had any issues with. But after this I will never buy another Versace product ever again. I will buy Gucci next time because of this.
