My husband and I purchased a Versace bag as a Mother's Day gift, and I noticed a mark on the front of the bag shortly after purchase. Since I was still within 20 days of buying it, I returned to the store hoping to exchange it for the same bag. I was not asking for a refund. I absolutely love coming to this store. Nkaru is very professional, kind, and helpful. I’ll admit. I was surprised when she remembered me the first time as a repeat customer because that has just been my experience at most places. But as I continue to come, she makes an effort to ask about special things like how my birthday trip went, or even ask about my sister who shops with me there sometimes. She definitely goes above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this store.

Worst experience ever! Truly disappointed with a staff member named Elaine. we recently visited the store to exchange a bag which I purchased for my wife. We were mistreated and ignored several times by her. Her body language and response to our questions seemed like we are not capable of buying things in the store. I never expected such terrible behavior for a luxury brand store.
