Visited on a Monday after work to find something for my partner. Carolyn was very patient and helpful. I didn’t end up getting the bracelet I came in for, nonetheless customer service was great.

This Versace location is ridiculous!! Bought a watch online , and wanted to adjust the strap to fit my wrist properly, went to this location and they refused doing it saying they don’t do this kind of service ( I wonder if they do any kind of service!!)and they need to ship it back to Italy!!!! to get it done!
