Jarrod came out to meet with me and designed a fantastic, user-friendly wardrobe that really took into consideration how I wanted to use the space. We have tried to get a quote from these people. The booked for measurements and canceled THREE TIMES. When day cancel, they just send you a message and you have to call them to re-schedule and they never answer the phone. A complete waste of time and energy.
From start to finish we are very happy with the professionalism, communication and service received from Rebecca, Matt and Steve. Rebecca attended to measure and provide the quotes and was a delight throughout. Matt and Steve arrived promptly and worked very well as a team in my opinion. We had 2x internal wardrobe shelves, partitions and rails installed. We are pleased with the finished product and enjoying how organised our things are now. We look forward to working with Versa Robes in the future.
