Easy to deal with, quick turn around
Had a bad experience with this company. Long story short, I ordered 2 walk in robes for a couple of bedrooms in my house. When the sales person came, Jarrod, to my house to do the measure and quote, he showed me 3 samples of colours that they offered. I requested for a particular colour, which I believe was a beach colour. After waiting over 6 weeks for the order to come through, the installer came today to fit the walk in robes. UPDATE: the new owners got in touch after reading this review and gave us 50% off. They also came and inspected the installation and made some further adjustments to ensure the safety of the wardrobes. Incompetent and terrible communication I honestly didn't think a straightforward cupboard install could go so wrong. We had issues literally every step of the installation process for our three door, floor to ceiling cupboards with Versa Robes.
