The shower cartridge needed replacing and Nick handled it quickly and cleanly. He also identified an issue with the mixing valve and got the water temperature dialed in correctly. Professional from start to finish, would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
Very communicative always gets back to us, had issue with faucets leaking but they are coming back with new parts to fix them. Very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
