A shocking decline in quality. We have been regular Verrazzano's customers for years, and there has recently been a very noticeable switch by them to cheap ingredients. It is certainly not worth the money anymore.

We ordered a $50 XL Al Pastor pizza two weeks ago, which they made without the requisite pineapple, but since we’d already picked it up we ate it anyway. On our next order, we explained their previous error and asked them to add free pineapple to a Medium Humble Pie (we like fruit!). They required photographic proof (which we provided), did not apologize for their mistake, and then didn’t even start making the pizza until we arrived to pick it up (again, no apology).
