I lived there for a long time only because the location was very close to my workplace — about an 8-minute drive. During that time, I experienced constant and serious problems. 1. Cockroach Infestation The entire apartment complex is infested with cockroaches. Even when management brought pest control, it didn’t help at all. Maria is absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make the move-in easy as possible. We made the move from North Carolina to Tucson Az and when we walked into our unit we were struck with amazement that everything was perfect, even though our move-in was a weekend. When we arrived we met Carlos (groundskeeper), Eduardo (Maintenance supervisor) and these two employees were wonderful as well, they took the time to say hello and introduce themselves and to say welcome to the community.
