Moved in about a month in a half and the issues revealed themselves. First off, roaches. They live in the walls and come from the drains, outlets, and vents. I only lived there for a short period of time and they spawned like clockwork. I plugged all my outlets and drains (even got my own insecticides) and they still appeared. Leasing office gave me glue traps but to solve the problem a whole building would have to be evacuated and exterminated. After seeing so many reviews on here being pushed to the side I have to say something as someone who used to live here. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. Baby roaches, German cockroaches, giant cockroaches everywhere. And don’t let the landlord gaslight you into thinking you’re the reason they are here. Talk to your neighbors. They will tell you like they told me that this apartment is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The landlord goes the apartments while youre not there. I have been here about 6 months and that is the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in my life the roach infestation of the German roaches is out of control and all over this apartment complex and she uses her own people Maria the manager instead of using a regular pest control that would get them under control most likely just to save money, in which no matter how much you complain the roaches somehow or another she tries to put the blame on you, when there's little little openings in areas where we can see where the... read more
