Worst HOA ever! I would strongly consider not moving into this community simply because of the HOA. They are absolutely terrible!
Higher fees less care of the community!!
I really like this company. Unfortunately, they’re not the best at answering the phone, but they are always so nice and so professional. Glad they are running Verrado.
The HOA does not maintain compliance of the community. The community is rapidly declining with common spaces no longer being taken care of. When looking to buy a home search in other communities this is not the same community it was 5 years ago sadly!
