When the association members decide to target you and/or your property, be sure to bring the trash cans in the SECOND the trash truck leaves or you’ll be sure to get put on notice. What a joke.
My wife and I own lots 1 and 2 in Verrado, bought in 2005. There have been a few issues with vandalism over the years, and Jesse (HOA) has been extremely attentive and helpful. He goes out of his way to help, whether during the day, or in the evening. Verrado is fortunate to have such a person on your staff. Thanks Jesse. Len
