Higher fees less care of the community!!
I really like this company. Unfortunately, they’re not the best at answering the phone, but they are always so nice and so professional. Glad they are running Verrado.
The HOA does not maintain compliance of the community. The community is rapidly declining with common spaces no longer being taken care of. When looking to buy a home search in other communities this is not the same community it was 5 years ago sadly!
People can’t pick up the phone, won’t answer emails, I made an account to get in contact to ask a question and it said my account was deemed invalid. They don’t care at all, just another money hungry HOA full of Karen’s, what’s new?
