Richmond American homes placated us the entirety of the time while we were communicating, jumping from this person to that person. As though they're not writing this information down. Please get an inspection. Trades come and they're getting wrong orders from RAH. During closing your paperwork to fix all the major problematic things listed at closing gets disregarded, another thing don't get pressured to close. Richmond American built us a home in the Verrado community in Buckeye Arizona and we moved in back in March of 2019. When we had our home inspection near the end of our one year warranty we found several items that needed repaired. Every item has been difficult to get help from the warranty group. The biggest was trusses that we’re broken in the attic. Our inspector told us to have them inspected by a structural engineer.
