I am writing this review based on an interaction with Kathy, one of the owners, this week from the point of view of working at a local dealership. Kathy reached out to me to check warranty coverage for an issue with a customer's car. I was able to get the part covered under goodwill through my dealership, so happy ending there. We’ve continued to come back to this local shop over the last few years because we appreciate how honest and reliable they are! They clearly care about their customers. I highly recommend them - it’s not easy to find a mechanic that you not only trust, but that takes the time to walk you through your options.
