Regret scheduling to be seen at this place. Went for a rash on my arms. Dr didnt do anything for it just glanced and prescribed an eczema cream (which it was NOT eczema) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and now im being charge $600 for this AFTER they said my medicaid was good to cover this appointment. Ridiculous.
I got infusions at this clinic every 3 months for a year. When the prescription came up for a renewal the office massively dropped the ball and didn’t request updated paperwork from the doctor in a timely manner. This caused me to miss an infusion. I have tried and my doctors office has tried for almost a month now to reach them and have never gotten anyone to answer the phone or return a call. The infusion staff is great, the office staff has no idea how to do their job. Do not recommend! I have moved my care elsewhere.
Vero is always able to you get you in quickly and can handle your complex care needs. Highly recommended!

My husband Went here Oct 4 2022. We received paperwork for a balance of over $300 3 years later. Maybe they should have sent a bill or told us how much a dr visit would cost? Beware!
