While I love that they have helped me tremendously, I can only give 2 stars. My reasoning is AI and apps, I do not like the use of AI, in any way, not do I like using the internet for health related information. I do not feel like it's safe!
DON'T GO HERE, Colorado allergy and asthma is a much better option. Veros is despicable, the customer care is non existent. Health care, even when corporate, should be patient forward and Veros is incapable of being that for people with serious health concerns. My provider would frequently forget what we spoke about/it wasn't in the notes. We "started the process for Xolair" four separate times. Don't even think about trying to get someone on the phone, they won't answer or care and they WILL forget to refill your medication... read more
