I asked them to fill out a form for my daughter's school and they haven't returned my call. The form isn't ready. I don't know if they don't want to or can't help with something that is really important for school
Does not return phone calls! Been trying for a week and can't get help with my shots, which were moved from another location to this one. The other location was closed down. Regret scheduling to be seen at this place. Went for a rash on my arms. Dr didnt do anything for it just glanced and prescribed an eczema cream (which it was NOT eczema) I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and now im being charge $600 for this AFTER they said my medicaid was good to cover this appointment. Ridiculous.
I got infusions at this clinic every 3 months for a year. When the prescription came up for a renewal the office massively dropped the ball and didn’t request updated paperwork from the doctor in a timely manner. This caused me to miss an infusion. I have tried and my doctors office has tried for almost a month now to reach them and have never gotten anyone to answer the phone or return a call. The infusion staff is great, the office staff has no idea how to do their job. Do not recommend! I have moved my care elsewhere.
