I rarely write bad review, but in this case I just must. I booked an appointment with Dr. Dubrovskaya via ZocDoc. 1-2 days before the appointment I received an automated call from her office telling me that I need to arrive to my appointment at least 15 mins earlier. I did. And then waited a whole hour for my appointed. I asked the receptionist several times why I am waiting so long, the only response I got was that the doctor was running late.
