Muy buen servicio y muy buena atención en las oficinas
After letting them know I don't speak Spanish that lasted for about minute and they started speaking Spanish again to me again this happened 3 times within 4 minutes. It's so frustrating and disrespectful and a waste of our time. I was under the impression that a meens of employment was to be able to communicate in English. Unprofessional. They need to be retrained in basic English.
