I’m sure the owner of Veronica will know exactly who I am. My mom recommended this salon to me after getting her hair done not by the owner but a younger girl that speaks mainly Spanish. My mom’s hair came out really nice. I’m not one to ever get my hair done. But I went ahead and booked an appointment two weeks out. I left a $40 deposit. I was supposed to get a call the day before my appointment which I didn’t. I still showed up to my appointment that was at 10 AM. I had gone in to get a silver hair with black highlights, showed her the inspiration picture and I came out with yellow and brown highlights. I asked the lady why it's yellow and she insisted it wasn't. Again by the end I told her I didn't like the yellow in my hair and she said she'll fix it next appointment. I left with different tones of yellow in my hair, not so well done curls and burnt hair.
