They cant cut hair for anything, asked for layers and got a pixie cut. It's very chopped and unevenly cut. Theses people cant cut hair do not go here. Very disappointed with how my hair came out. I wanted cute layers and I had enough hair, what made you do a pixie cut.

I usually don’t complain but when it comes to my kiddos mama bear is going to speak up and give a heads up to other mommas. 1st time and I loved the customer Service and mostly my hair. She did my hair streaks exactly how I imagined it. I will definitely return.
