Just called to make an appointment and the rude, incompetent receptionist would not evenn schedule an appointment without a referral from my primary even though my insurance doesn’t require a referral. So I called New England Urogynecology and got an appointment for next week by giving my insurance information. Dr. Triaca lost a customer and thousands of dollars, but I got better care and service with Dr. Rajan’s office.
I went to the Urologic Institute in Concord NH for consistent UTIs and awful pain in abdomen. They found I had Pelvic Organ Prolapse. Tried a non-surgical procedure but did not have good results. Dr Triaca listened to everything I said and explained in detail all the surgical treatments available and what each procedure entailed. Two weeks ago Dr Triaca went in and repaired the Pelvic Organ Prolapse. I went home the same day with the pain in my abdomen gone for the first time in nearly 2 years. Everyone in her office, the Ur... read more
I went to Dr. Triaca for Pelvic Prolapse, Oct. 2022. She was excellent! She explained the surgery she was going to do and even showed me by drawing it on a white board. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Triaca was highly recommended as the one to see! She explained operation time was probably January since her schedule was full. However, scheduled for surgery in two months! Told me exactly what to expect. The staff was friendly and I’m so glad I w3 not to her!!
I had surgery 2 years ago. I have followed up with Dr Triaca office to report continue to have issues. My visits after surgery with Dr Triaca were not positive. I felt dismissed, not listened to and issue not addressed.
Prolapse surgery was performed a year and a half ago. Continue to have problems with Seepage(rectocele). Therapy was recommended but did not cease the problem. Follow up visits with physician with no positive results. Will seek another opinion. Very disappointed with service.
Took four months to get an appointment with this rude provider who wasn’t therapeutic in the least. If you have to tell a doctor, “it’s my body” more than once, they’re not the one for you. She’s concerned with her own agenda and not with how a patient wants to proceed with their care. She didn’t even offer follow up after a procedure and I had to tell her that I was refusing a medication due to allergy. Read the chart please. Don’t make a patient fill out ten pages of paperwork if you’re not going to read it. Introducing yo... read more
I am a 50 y.o. female who was experiencing extreme incontinence due to having 3 children and other neurological issues....I could not go for more than about an hour without having to find a bathroom..After trying 4 medications and physical therapy, Dr. Triacca suggested the interstim insertion. Well, it's the best solution to my problem I've had in probably 8 years!!!..I can now shop, sit in a car, and do activities without constantly having to go to, or find a bathroom... She is my hero!!!
