I was treated with respect, I was heard and she listened. I feel like we're on the same page. Very happy to find a PCP that cares.
She might have been the best 3 months ago and I liked her the ONE time I seen her. Second time I had to be seen by another doctor because she was out of the office for an extended period of time. But now she seem to be lacking. Can’t get any response to refilling of a medication.
Dr Poffel is by far the best doctor I’ve had. She’s the only one willing to listen, take my concerns seriously, and get me any testing I need. I know she has been out on medical leave for a little while, but her nurses and the other staff have been amazing making sure I get the care I need.
HANDS DOWN THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN ! I pray she sticks around , she is knowledgeable and actually listens to what you have to say. She genuinely cares about her patients. Would recommend her 10000 times over and over again.
Dr. Is the best listener, she cares about me I felt she was with me for an hour each time going over anything I inquired about. If you are looking for a great doctor and person Dr Poffel is your best choice.
