Veronica Rupel FNP-C is outstanding! I am normally underwhelmed by NPs, however, she saw our 2 boys and was fantastic! The appointment was scheduled within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, we didn't have to wait long. She listened and asked relevant questions. Did not try and push unnecessary things. Was pleasant and put the boys at ease. She was easy to work with, spoke to the boys in easy to understand terms and I didn't feel rushed.
