She listens well and asks a lot of questions. This leads to good diagnoses, selections of medications, and suggestions for self care. One the best doctors I've had in the last ten years.

I have been going to Dr. Plasencia for the past 10 years and I have to say she is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. She is responsive, always takes time to answer your questions and if you ever feel as if there is something wrong she takes the time to look into the issues that you are talking about. She never makes you feel like you cannot ask questions or that a question is dumb, she is personable and an absolute pleasure to have as a primary doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
she's a great dr.. very through..
This doctor does not know what she's doing. 3 times she's given me incorrect medication for my illness and knows nothing about medicine. She should NOT be treating patients.

I have been going to Dr Plasencia for years. She is always thorough, takes the time to listen and provides valuable feedback and follow up. Her nurse is also excellent, as well as the office staff. I would highly recommend Dr Plasencia.
Dr Plasencia is personable, listens to my concerns, doesn't mind answering my questions (I've had plenty of dr's who seem offended at all my questions), seems genuinely interested in me, and is practical in her advice. She always makes me feel she's got time for me.
