I admit I am not one to typically take the time to write reviews. My 21 year old adult son has a severe peanut allergy. Not having had an exposure or issue in 18 years, an accidental ingestion of a peanut butter mini chocolate came as a surprise! After administering his epi pen we traveled to the ER. Dismissive and annoyed with questions about my health. How am I supposed to be informed, if when I asked a question, it was met with a rude response. She needs bedside manner training, because you don't speak to people who are in pain, and don't abuse the ER, with annoyance and blatant ignorance. I would love to follow up with someone about her.
Very attentive to patients personalized situation in ER! She is very detailed and takes time to listen to her patients. Hope you never have to go to the Emergency Room but if you do she’s very very good! Thank you Dr. Coppersmith!
