Dr. Burton was patient and fantastic with my mom, despite her feeling slightly defensive and upset about having to complete this evaluation. Annie, the technician was so sweet and also patient with my mom, she made my mom feel comfortable and had a great, encouraging attitude the whole time. Last, but not least, Kara, the lady at the front, she was amazing! She was kind, attentive and did all she could to make this difficult situation better.
