The guy that took my blood was great! BUT when you get a call the next day - “Can you please come back in - we lost a tube of your blood”. I’ve never experienced that..
Dr Franco was very thorough in explaining the results of the echo and other details related to my heart health. She is also very warm and likable, this was my first visit but she made me very comfortable in talking with her.
