I've been ordering from verona pizza in Portage for a few years now and i have never had a major problem the food is always awsome and if the order was ever a few mintes late or the order was wrong i was treated better then you could ever imagine. They were the only place open in Portage in the blizzard a few years ago and i still got my order with in the hour. I'm willing to bet you didn't call the Verona in portage maybe you called the Lake Station store.
