Don’t get me wrong the staff is very nice and it seems like they try their best to be help full I’m not completely sure tho. But anyways they seem to never have any of my family prescription in even when we call a wee in advance for refills. I feel they neglect their customers. When I tried to change pharmacy they look almost 3 days to fax the prescription and information and kept on insisting that I just switch to one if there sister pharmacy/one of there other pharmacy. I will not be returning to this pharmacy based on repeated negative experiences with the head male pharmacist. While the other staff members are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, the pharmacist responsible for filling prescriptions has demonstrated poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a concerning lack of attention to detail.
