Dr. Neilsen is truly the most amazing pediatrician, and we are so grateful for the incredible care she gives our two little ones. Dr. Kelly has a great bedside manner. He is very thorough; also takes the time to explain his findings in away that can be understood. He is empathic and very upbeat. My sons are very comfortable with him.

Horrible. First time mom here and I had requests and concerns regarding my sons vaccinations that I wanted to speak with the doctor directly about and was refused by the woman at the front desk. It wasn't even about my request , it was the way I was spoken to & told that the doctor would not speak to me. I understand there are policies which is why kept asking to speak with the doctor and was refused everytime. If I had the opportunity to SPEAK with the doctor I would have changed my request.
