Hired company to clear a clogged ac drain. Was quoted $135 and okayed the work. Tech cleared the drain but then said I needed to then hire a plumber to come out and finish it under the sink. When done I was charged $435!! Never would have approved this work for that price. Beware of misquoting!
This place is great, called on Saturday night when my ac went out and it was over 100 out and they came out in an hour. Replaced one part and it was right back to work immediately, and explained the whole process. Highly recommend. Igor was the guy who helped us out and he was incredibly nice and he knew exactly what the problem was.
Technician quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He also showed me the compressor needed cleaning and recommended me change the air filter more often. That was the problem, dirty air filter clogged up the drain. My only complaint is cost over $400 to clean the drain. Also rather expensive to change the filter, $100. I just went to Home Depot and bought filter for $15
Veha and Eugene were brought out to my place. They were extremely professional and were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with AC the same day. I would recommend them to anyone having problems in the summer heat.
My ac went out at night. Verona was at my house the next morning and resolved the issue very quickly. Vahe was great. I will use them for any issues going forward.
