Buildings dirty elevators are always having issues, cars in lot and around the building always getting broken into. Management will downplay any concerns you may have.
Staff is not welcoming, the buildings have no bugs but the halls and communal areas are not clean. Elevators are always super dirty. Says gates parking but my car was stolen from the property a few months ago 6am and was never found. Just this morning no email just frustration as I go to take a shower and notice all my water is shut off

I would not recommend living at Verona Naylor at Metro. Despite the lease clearly stating that the property is non-smoking, tenants are regularly exposed to cigarette and marijuana smoke with little to no enforcement from management. Safety is also a major concern. There are aggressive pit bulls on the property, and some owners appear unable to properly control them.
