Can't wait to move here
Been living here since November and I LOVE IT no bugs AT ALL, all utilities included, beautiful apartment setup, very sweet staff, and more!!!! I have had no issues besides I wish maintenance would respond quicker, they don’t have grace if your parking pass slips off the dashboard (tows immediately), and the neighbors are ALWAYS smoking in the building.
I recently toured this complex. They did a good job renovating these former condos. Although I would say all modern apartments should have at least one large walk-in closet in a 1 bedroom. I wish they would've put more thought into the parking situation, which I'm sure turns away potential residents. There is a vacant parking lot where a nightclub once was and some or all could be used for additional parking.
