DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Looks good and they do a good job talking the place up. But we have had 4 outstanding maintenence requests for 3 weeks. Kitchen sink is clogged with old water backing up into it. Their virtual assistant told me to use a plunger, I about lost it. They never answer the phone in the leasing office. The security doors do not work. There's a known drug addict, embalming fluid "water" addict, that screams and bangs on the hallway walls starting at 4 am until 8 am and they've done nothing about him. He also sti... read more
Buildings dirty elevators are always having issues, cars in lot and around the building always getting broken into. Management will downplay any concerns you may have.
Staff is not welcoming, the buildings have no bugs but the halls and communal areas are not clean. Elevators are always super dirty. Says gates parking but my car was stolen from the property a few months ago 6am and was never found. Just this morning no email just frustration as I go to take a shower and notice all my water is shut off
