Was told pest control comes every 3 weeks as a preventative measure. Toured and there were dead roaches throughout the entire model apartment.
I did’t know what to expect when I came to Verona at Naylor Metro but when I tell you this is a hidden gem. The apartments are spacious and updated and most importantly the complex is clean. Diamond took us on a tour last minute and was genuine and welcoming. She made sure we knew upfront everything we needed to know in order to make an informed decision should we choose this location and I appreciate that. Definitely considering moving here and it’s currently my number 1. Thanks Diamond!
Nyrasia Starling is an excellent person to your team. I received excellent help and services from her. Please promote her but I know she love working at V at Naylor.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Bugs galore!!!! Not worth it…. Regional manager, Julie Johnson is a joke and the property manager Ms. Dunkins is rude! Definitely not worth it! Serious request and complaints are not fairly handled and you will be told to just move!
