***Updated as of 5/22/25*** I’ve officially been in my apartment for 7 days and overall, I’m satisfied with the space itself. However, the move-in experience could definitely be improved. The walkthrough process performed by the leasing office before handing over the keys seemed rushed or incomplete. There were several basic and clearly visible issues that should have been addressed beforehand—such as missing window screens, damaged blinds, and unsecured kitchen cabinet doors. Property is VERY NICE! It’s exactly as advertised online. I love the size of the rooms and the walk-in closet in the master bed room. Living room and kitchen are very spacious with everything up to date all the way down to the appliances. 10/10 I would highly recommend!
As an incoming tenant, I had a great experience at Verona at District Heights so far. The Leasing Consultant, Shawna I worked with was professional, friendly, and consistently responsive to all my questions and requests making the leasing process feel smooth and stress free. She also made me aware of the apartment style I wanted as soon as it become available and worked with my schedule to accommodate my move in date based on the date I was selling my home.
