My experience here was HORRIBLE. I made an appointment with the owner for a layered haircut at 8:00am & a blow out. I was told to wait by the employee at the front desk. I was sat in a chair at 8:30am. 9am came and I was still on the chair and no one had come out to do my hair or better yet greet me. I normally come here every now and then for a regular/standard silk press and usually have a decent experience, but unfortunately today I was not impressed. I understand that Saturdays can be busy, but I still feel like when you’re doing someone’s hair, the service shouldn’t feel rushed especially since I had an appointment that was scheduled the day before. They treat my hair with great care, using good products to prevent damage from the bleaching process; I showed them an example of what I wanted, and the result was even better.
