Difficult time just trying to make a first appointment. Office staff couldn't care less; just wanted to get me off the phone.
Absolutely unprofessional. Called to make an appointment over three weeks prior for a consultation and even went as far as to schedule travel around it only to be called the day before and informed that their table had a weight limit of 200 pounds and that my appointment "shouldn't have been made in the first place". I highly recommend finding ANY other urologist in the region.
