I dropped in to today’s class while visiting from out of town again. I love this gym. Amazing class, smart programing and great coaching. The classes can be scaled to any level for a great work out. Plus once you are a part of the email list you get some really smart content with fantastic suggestions and tactical approaches to strength, conditioning, nutrition and longevity. I will always come back when I am in town and wish we had a space like this where I live.
I’m sure you’ve read many reviews about various gyms that claim it’s the best ever. Maybe that’s true for that individual, at that point in time, at that location. What’s unique about Vero Strength is the ability to coach everyone, at every level of fitness, throughout your fitness journey. I cannot thank Vero Strength enough for all they have done for my health! Before joining, I was hesitant because I had never lifted weights before. However, within 6 weeks of joining, my debilitating neck pain I had for years after having kids was completely erased. My posture has improved, I'm so much stronger and it is evident the owners and trainers are at the top of their field in health and fitness.
