Horrible radiology experiences. Long wait times for procedure and for the results to appear in the portal. Have been going to Fort Pierce radiology…much better!
First time at Vero Radiology was disappointing. Went for walk-in chest X-ray Folks were very accommodating and I quickly was called. I brought with me a report and cd of images from prior X-ray done in NJ last year to be used as a comparison. At front desk, I asked if she could take these … no, give them to technician when you are called back. Technician tells me “we already have those records” I don’t know how and question her. Anything associated with it Cleveland clinic wanna be hospital in Vero is it going to have problems! Since Cleveland bought it out I’ve had nothing but lawsuits doctors quitting bad morale and it has improved since the day they open the doors for buying out a bankrupt I RMC Hospital!
Called 2 days in a row to make an appointment. After 40 min each day I left my name and phone number and no one called me back, what kind of service is that???
Dr wrote script only for Vero Imaging I showed up at 5:17 they made me wait 5 minutes then they called me up and said oh sorry the cut off was 5:15 we can't do your X-ray but you could go to one of the other places in town unfortunately it was written on their script so I couldn't take it anywhere else and the doctor's office was already closed. Can not get through for an appointment. It's been 2 days I just made an appointment at Hope Imagining.
I am very, very disappointed with the client service....!!!! I am typing this while holding my phone waiting to speak to someone in scheduling to cancel an appointment... this the 3 day I have tried to cancel and each time I have held the phone to my ear 10-15 minutes without anyone speaking to me except the computer voice saying, “someone will be with you shortly..”.
