Dismissive, irresponsible and fed up with lack of humanity. Absolutely no one I encountered - from reception to colonoscopy by Gitin to appointments with Tudor were worth my time or money. I ended up in the vile, disgusting and dirty ER - which went wild running tests before I met with a doctor. Phlebotomist had an open Sharps container with blood splattered everywhere; no separation between who was potentially contagious and who wasn't. I saw Jennifer Brody for my gastrointestinal issues. I really felt like she took time and listened to me and helped me- a lot!. Very happy with the appointment. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Dr. Charles Eberhart is wonderful, and many others have agreed with me. He’s been my gastroenterologist for nearly 30 years. No one else has even come close to his caring heart, gentle bedside manner, expertise, and professionalism.
Terrible place for gastro services. Doctors seem to come and go. I liked Dr. Gitlin in the past but he left. Now there is a Dr. Harewood who seems overwhelmed. I seen him two months ago and came back and he acts like this is the first time he saw me. At least he could look at notes before he comes into the room. The worst part of this is trying to see a doctor. You will see a nurse practitioner who, months ago, was working in another department, not even gastro.
