I honestly blame myself for using an outdoor storage facility I've been using this place for about a year with no serious problems besides the minor price increase recently only thing I had to worry about was the lizard poop but today I went to my storage unit and saw mouse dropping and urine smell a lot of my belongings ruined ,this will be be my last time using an outdoor unit,I'll spend extra to have a peace of mind knowing my stuff not getting ruined by pest

Unit had a major leak and facility didn’t even care to adjust my monthly rent. Had to file insurance claim on my damaged property. No one ever on site. Communication with manager is always an issue. Units are old and poorly maintained. Also they are way overpriced for what you get. Only good feature is the security gate but that didn’t keep out the homeless people because they were always on site

I started renting a storage for $45 a month in 2019. Within 6 months they "sold" to another "company: and my rates went up (during covid mind you) to $155 a month. Did a little research and found out that a company cannot raise rents above a certain percentage, but a new company can provide 30 day notice of rent increase. Thanks for taking advantage of people during a very vulnerable time!
