I received outrageous charges from Vero - nearly $1000 out of pocket for one time culture of my son’s rash. I have been promised a return phone call from the billing department 4 times and have not had my questions answered. Not sure if it’s incompetence or deliberate deception at this point. I would check with your provider before they send labs to Vero.
HORRIBLE PLACE. Gave out my information.
Absolute worst. Go anywhere else but here.
Absolutely atrocious. Had this lab lose a urine sample six times, just to say “we forgot to look in the other fridge, so your sample is expired and please go get the sample again” or post lab results of a pt who’s been expired for 7 months come across your facility board. - Canton Michigan.
