Absolutely atrocious. Had this lab lose a urine sample six times, just to say “we forgot to look in the other fridge, so your sample is expired and please go get the sample again” or post lab results of a pt who’s been expired for 7 months come across your facility board. - Canton Michigan.

3 out of 5, Here is the reason why: I’m a reviewer that likes to educate people before they try a new business, here is the results after I tried Vero Lab, I needed blood testing done, but they still don’t perform blood testing even though it’s categorized as a testing lab which showed up online when google for blood testing, that’s one star and the other star was taken because the operator was not polite when answering the phone, it is very crucial that a secretary or phone operator responds in a polite and professional man... read more
