After being diagnosed with cervical stenosis and pain from a previous lumbar injury, doctors recommended surgery. I opted to try Acupuncture. My symptoms and pain were greatly reduced, my mobility improved and I was able to exercise and swim again. Each treatment made me stronger, physically and mentally. Ryan is a True and Authentic Healer. I will highly recommend him.
This reviews is long overdue, but I can say I have been super busy as a new mom. I decided to see Ryan after multiple miscarriages and wanted to try acupenture to see if maybe that would make any difference. If you’re considering Acupuncture, I highly recommend Ryan Padnuk. He has been treating me for spine issues (tightness in the neck and sciatica pain down the leg). He’s a skilled practitioner with great communication skills. He listens to the patient to develop a treatment plan based on the individual need. I have worked with Ryan for over a year to minimize my symptoms and keep them under control and will continue to see him as needed.
As a massage therapist and wellness professional for over 40 years, I do not recommend practitioners lightly, especially in a smaller town. Ryan Padnuk is truly one of the exceptional ones.
