I started seeing Ryan for Acupuncture in my pre-conception season. I spent about 4 months preparing my womb for baby. Weekly Acupuncture sessions were such a beautiful way to connect inward with intention and Ryan held a sacred space for me to do exactly this. Along side plenty of healthy fats, daily yoga practice and prioritizing sleep, we conceived our second child. I continued Acupuncture though my pregnancy.
