Things started out great, but once I realized he couldn't provide the design he promised in the beginning it went from bad to worse. He would stop by randomly to measure and remeasure the same thing, and then telling me reasons why it was too hard to build. When I finally was exhausted from his excuses I asked for my deposit back less any design fees and material fees. He said no and kept the entire deposit without ever providing anything for it.
