Brikeno “Keno” Fusha is a true professional. Functional Patterns will change your life. I am 71 years old and have trained with Kino for just over one year. Before I could barely trot. Taking a chance with Vero Beach Biomechanics was one of the best choices I have made. I quickly improved my running form. Plus, the extremely targeted exercises holistically improved my posture, overall fitness, and the slight muscle imbalances caused by my scoliosis. I wouldn't say that the exercises were easy, but if you have aspirations of strengthening areas where you are lacking, Keno will get you there with more than fair progression. Highly recommend.
