My work with Keno Fusha at Vero Beach Biomechanics over the past 2+ years has been extraordinarily effective eliminating serious pain in my right shoulder and left knee as well as improving my overall play in tennis, squash and padel. Taking a chance with Vero Beach Biomechanics was one of the best choices I have made. I quickly improved my running form. Plus, the extremely targeted exercises holistically improved my posture, overall fitness, and the slight muscle imbalances caused by my scoliosis. I wouldn't say that the exercises were easy, but if you have aspirations of strengthening areas where you are lacking, Keno will get you there with more than fair progression. Highly recommend.
Keno and Lydia are absolute masters of precision and problem solving, resulting in amazing results with clients of all types. Keno trained me a for a while, helped me with some incredibly stubborn habits I wanted my body free of.
