Came across Vero Beach Biomechanics as I became concerned with my posture and low back pain. As someone who spends most of the time sitting in front of a computer or driving, I know I needed to address this before it became a bigger problem. As a driving instructor from Germany, I spend most of my working day sitting in the car, which has often led to back pain and a stiff neck. My friend introduced me to Keno's training - he had achieved great results with the online training.
