Excellent service. Very professional. Fair pricing. Car stuff can often be frustrating… Kyle and team make it simple. I especially appreciate the regular communication and updates while they’re doing the repairs.
I was searching for an auto repair shop in the Lehi area and saw that quite a few recommended Vern's Towing and Repair. I had my first experience with them today (transmission, rear diff, and transfer case fluids) and I can see why they people love them. The were very friendly, responsive, fast, and even less expensive than their quote, which was a nice surprise. I will be back.
My independant mechanic recommended Vern's for a transmission drain and fill with Amsoil. I received a quote, scheduled an appointmen,t and brought my own fluid. (Later discovered you can ask for Amsoil there.) The service was done on-time, at the price quoted, and they even returned the left over fluid. I have used this shop multiple times for both mechanical work and towing. I highly reccomend them.
I'm very pleased with my experience with Vern's, I was kept informed throughout the entire length of service and final price was actually less than quoted. Thank you Vern's!
