I came to Vern’s on my way to my mother’s to pick up an arrangement for her birthday missed by another florist. I was so disappointed to gay the other place missed delivering to my mom on her actual birthday. So here I was, a day later, with now much in the expectation department. I went to have lunch next door while waiting for my flowers. Let me let you, they turned my attitudearound after speaking with a very nice lady there. The most beautiful and long lasting flower arrangement! They were beautiful for two whole weeks! Thank you! I will never use another florist!
Called to make an express order over the phone. $100 order plus $20 delivery charge. And they could not send a photo of the arrangement before I ordered. Lady said that "nothing on our website is available" and she had 3 options but could not/would not text or email the photos. She was worried because apparently she only had personal email and phone. Shocked that a business does not even have a business email. Guess they only serve the folks down the street who walk in like the old days.
They spent extra time with me to make sure the flowers were perfect for my mother in law
