I came to Vern’s on my way to my mother’s to pick up an arrangement for her birthday missed by another florist. I was so disappointed to gay the other place missed delivering to my mom on her actual birthday. So here I was, a day later, with now much in the expectation department. The most beautiful and long lasting flower arrangement! They were beautiful for two whole weeks! Thank you! I will never use another florist!
Called to make an express order over the phone. $100 order plus $20 delivery charge. And they could not send a photo of the arrangement before I ordered. Lady said that "nothing on our website is available" and she had 3 options but could not/would not text or email the photos. She was worried because apparently she only had personal email and phone. Shocked that a business does not even have a business email. Guess they only serve the folks down the street who walk in like the old days.
