WelI can say my experience dealing with Vern's Plumbing & Heating was an atrocious one. After informing my landlord of a toilet blockage she called "Vern" in front of me and promised a quick resolution. A week later he'd not shown. Upon her contacting him again he showed, was gruff, rude and managed to clear the blockage. Partially. It was blocked again within hours as he stated he was in a rush to leave and surprise!
