I will never take my car back here. Took my car to then the first time when I was having issues with it randomly not starting. I was fairly certain it was the neutral safety switch (while it would randomly not start in park, it started every time in neutral), but decided to play dumb. He said it was “just a loose battery connection and sent me on my way. Next time I took the car in, I needed a new belt. Frustrated. Bill said he wouldn't charge me labor, because "it doesn't take much time to put in" (a mass air flow sensor) - Bill's words. Then when I went to pay, he had charged me $44 for labor & tax, something he didn't mention when he quoted me a price. I spoke up said he said he wasn't going to charge me for labor, and he didn't change the price at all so I paid it. Get everything in writing.
