If I could give this shop negative stars I would. In my 58 years, I’ve never felt so disrespected. I went to schedule an appointment for my car, and when I greeted the mechanic, I extended my hand to greet him and he stepped back and looked at me with visible disgust, then dismissed me by saying he was too busy and walked away. Had a seized lid nut and had back breaks done. Vern does great work!
Great experience with Vern as he was able to take care of two of our vehicles for maintenance without delays or issues. Super impressively clean operation with an upfront honest demeanor that I value and appreciate in this day and age.
