If I could give this shop negative stars I would. In my 58 years, I’ve never felt so disrespected. I went to schedule an appointment for my car, and when I greeted the mechanic, I extended my hand to greet him and he stepped back and looked at me with visible disgust, then dismissed me by saying he was too busy and walked away. It’s hard to explain exactly how it felt, but it was shocking and unprofessional. I will not be returning. Apparently I was too dark for him to even look at my car. Or consider looking at it. Had a seized lid nut and had back breaks done. Vern does great work!
Great experience with Vern as he was able to take care of two of our vehicles for maintenance without delays or issues. Super impressively clean operation with an upfront honest demeanor that I value and appreciate in this day and age.
