Car inspection.
Vern and Abe have gone above and beyond to keep my 2002 Ford Ranger running. This vehicle was a gift from my Dad to my son before he passed away. They stopped manufacturing many of the parts for this vehicle. My last trip to Verns required them to hunt down an Intake Manifold. I'm sure they spent many hours and found one in Canada. Ive had my cars serviced for various things at Vern's and am always satisfied with their work and the cost.
My mechanic recently retired so I was looking for a new mechanic. Vern’s was close by and his reviews were good. So I was really hoping to establish a good working relationship. However I found Vern’s service to be incredible poor. I would not recommend his garage to anyone. Not only did they not fix the car in a timely manner, but they never tightened my axel rod bolt in my car which is a real safety concern. See the picture below.
