I went to see.Dr McGrath in his Marlton office back in 2019 or 2020, before pandemic, around there. I agree what Jaynee said. Very dismissive, rude and condescending. Made ne feel incredibly stupid. First off, I'm a person who had two sinus surgeries already. I should know what I'm talking about! 1st , Dr Sheiner at advanced ent fixed my broken and got out infected area.. had to have a revision in 2018 , same year. 2nd Dr at advanced ent left me with a nasty staph infection and I was here to see what Dr McGrath could do for ... read more
Let me start by saying that I write this review reluctantly. Two family friends recommended this office, and I generally dislike leaving negative feedback, especially online. However, I dislike arrogant, dismissive doctors even more. I scheduled an appointment because I had been sick for weeks, dealing with persistent headaches and facial pain. Excellent place! Last summer I had swimmers ear really bad and Dr McGrath was able to help clear it up very fast! More importantly he diagnosed me with having a deviated septum! I just had my septoplasty done three weeks ago and the results have been great! I highly recommend this office! They’re second to none!
McGrath Worst doctor I ever seen. He tried contradicting me on every single thing that I said. Jefferson Hospital referred me to him because of a Whartons tumor. When I told him about this, he was like how do you know it’s a Wharton's tumor. So I showed him, the information that was given to me from the Jeffersons ER department. he started pressing on my throat, saying he didn’t feel anything. But just looking at my face and the side of my neck you can see it popping out. I guess he got upset with me then he took a light sho... read more
The most terrible experience I have ever had. I trusted Dr McGrath with my life (bad decision!) Originally I went in for a nose bleed. He (McGrath) put a scope in my nose and could not find the bleed spot. I went back several times. Finally I was told that I needed septum Plasty and Turbinate reduction since something was covering the bleed. I originally was seeing Dr Venose but he was not in at the time. Since McGrath had won so many awards I began seeing McRath. (I am so sorry). After the surgery I continued bleeding more ... read more
