Buyer beware when using Vernon’s Signature audio in Lubbock. I paid $77 for a diagnostic of an entertainment screen replacement for a 2020 Kia Forte in July 2025. I sent several emails and called on several different occasions for follow up and to see if they could repair/replace the screen and at what cost. They never once returned my call or provided me with any diagnostic information. So buyer beware when paying the diagnostic fee upfront and then never receiving the promised service.
